What is your return policy for online purchases?
You can return items purchased on our website for free within 60 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Does The North Face offer a lifetime warranty?
Yes, our products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This excludes normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with body measurements. We also offer a 'Fit Finder' tool to help you choose the best size based on your height, weight, and fit preferences.
Are your products sustainably made?
